The name used for the delivery reservation must match the name used for the hotel reservation.
If the names do not match, the hotel may refuse to accept the luggage. Therefore, please make sure the reservation is made under the same name or by the same representative.Please note that our company cannot be held responsible if the luggage cannot be delivered to the hotel due to this reason.
For deliveries to Haneda Airport, luggage can be collected at Haneda Airport between 16:00 and 20:00 on the same day.
If the luggage is not collected, a luggage storage fee of 1,000 JPY per item per day will be charged. Additionally, our company shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to collect the luggage.
